Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and are calculated after your order has been processed.

Shipping rates are also calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the carrier of the delivery they can properly assist you.
